What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Faults or malfunctions that occur under normal usage conditions within the warranty period.

What is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from modifications, misuse, improper use, or neglect.

  • Accidental damage, such as drops or impacts.

  • Issues caused by exposure to water in non-waterproof watches.

    • Please note that not all our watches are waterproof. We strongly advise customers to refer to the instruction manual to understand the product’s specifications and limitations.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Include your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs to help us assess your claim.

Important Notes

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
